Send your wig back to us for a deep cleansing and conditioning treatment, followed by the styling of your choice. Your install technique is determined on how you've prepped your natural hair. You'll want your foundation to be as flat as possible for the best installation.

How often should I shampoo my wig? Your wig doesn't need to be shampooed frequently as long as you are keeping product use on the light side. Shampooing your wig every 4-5 wears is ideal. If you experience product buildup along your hairline, we suggest giving the lace a good, gentle rinse with a bit of clarifying shampoo as needed.

What products should I use to shampoo my wig? We recommend using a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, free of alcohols or sulfates, to give your hair the love and nourishment it deserves. Check our exclusive line of hair products, Indique Hair Care Essentials, for the perfect products. Allow your wig to air dry or gently blow-dry on cool using the diffuser attachment for the best results.

How should I store my wig when it's not on my head? We recommend purchasing a high quality wig stand or mannequin head to store your Indique custom wig. Alternatively, you can use the supplied satin bag to store your wig for future use. Please be sure the wig is completely dry before storing, keep it contained using the supplied hairnet, and zip it up for safe keeping.

Our measuring technology offers a high level of accuracy, but finding your perfect fit is very personal. With every custom wig purchase, you have up to 30 days to receive up to 2 adjustments for fit, cut, color, styling, or anything needed to make your custom creation perfect—all with shipping on us.
