It is best to use a blow dryer on damp hair and use it on a cool setting. Gently blast the hair that is damp. After your hair is dry, you can use a dry shampoo to freshen up your roots. 2. Top Knot
If you would like for your hair to have volume after working out, you can wear your hair up in a top knot bun. Want tighter waves after working out? We recommend doing a braided hairstyle while you are in the gym. You can do two cornrows if you would like waves starting at the root of your hair. Using your favorite styling products, you can apply that to your hair while it's a bit damp and take a bristle brush and braid and brush your hair into a sleek low ponytail.
